Siliguri, 22nd May: A 9 feet long python was rescued from Bholanath Para area of Dabgram No. 2 Zone, Siliguri.
Reportedly, the residents spotted the python this morning and informed the Baikunthpur Forest Department. The team reached the spot and rescued the reptile. They maintained that after providing medical assistance, the python will be released into the forest.
