Rajganj, 09th September: The 87th Tirodhan Diwas of Thakur Panchanan Barma was observed in Rajganj, on Wednesday. The day was celebrated at the Kamatpara area of Binnaguri gram panchayat in Rajganj block under the initiative of the Rajbangshi Social Cultural Organization.
A grand procession was held honouring Thakur Panchanan Barma. Later, various cultural programmes on Rajbangshi culture were presented.
In this regard, Sanjay Roy said that today is the 87th Tirodhan Diwas of Thakur Panchanan Barma. The Rajbangshi culture was highlighted here through various cultural programmes.
