Rajganj, 30th May: A 60-year-old woman has been missing for three days. In pursuit of his wife, the husband is desperately pleading with the police officials for support. The incident took place in the West Dhantala area of Rajganj block. Anantapad Das, the husband of the missing old lady, is a school guard by profession. The name of the missing senior is Latika Das (60).
Reportedly due to physical issues, Latika Devi was unable to work much and could not even walk properly. Consequently, Anantapad had to do his job and the household work as well.
According to the family, Anantapad was preparing a meal after returning from work on Saturday when Latika Devi suddenly left the house without conveying anything to anyone. Later, even after looking for her at different places, no trace of her was found. In the end, a missing report was lodged in the NJP police station. Nonetheless, Latika Devi has been missing for the past 72 hours.
