Siliguri, 16th September: On Saturday, the 52nd Episode of the ‘Talk to Mayor’ program was held, in which, Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb spoke and listened to the grievances of the citizens. During this, a resident of Dabgram II Anchal spoke to the Mayor and expressed his belief in the Mayor’s leadership and the importance of the Mayor’s role in development. It has to be noted that Mayor Deb was the former MLA of Dabgram-Fulbari.
Reportedly, during the 52nd episode, most of the citizens complained about roads and parking issues and the Mayor assured of addressing their grievances. During the current episode, people from outside the area also called and expressed their grievances.
The Mayor stated that in view of the people’s demand the administration would try for the inclusion of Dabgram II in the Corporation.
