21st ‘National Day Night Gold Cup Cricket Tournament’ to be organized by Jagrani Sangha Siliguri

Siliguri, 16th December: The 21st ‘National Day Night Gold Cup Cricket Tournament’ is scheduled to be organized on 24th December at Surya Nagar ground in Siliguri. On Saturday, the members of Siliguri Jagrani Sangha revealed the information through a press conference at the Siliguri Journalists Club.


Reportedly, Siliguri Jagrani Sangha General Secretary Saikat Dey stated that the tournament will be organized under the initiative of Siliguri Jagrani Sangha and will be played from 24th December to 31st December. He added that a total of 12 teams will participate. Furthermore, he stated that the best player in every match will be awarded Rs 500 and the best player in the final will receive Rs 2,000. Significantly, Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb will contribute to the tournament as a sponsor.
