Siliguri, 26th September: On Tuesday, the 203rd birth anniversary of Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar was commemorated in Siliguri.
According to reports, Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb, Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, and others paid homage by garlanding the statue located at the Children’s Park, Siliguri. During the program, the Mayor highlighted the life of Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar.
