Siliguri, 28th December: The 137th foundation day of the Indian National Congress was celebrated at the Bagdogra Regional Party Office, on Tuesday.
In this regard, Naxalbari block president Amitava Sarkar said that the journey started in 1885. The party has turned 137 today. He said that the main event of the district will be held at Hashmi Chowk in Siliguri.
