Cooch Behar, 25th January: The 11th National Voters’ Day was observed in Cooch Behar on behalf of the District Election Department. DM Pawan Kadian inaugurated the event.
The DM said that National Voters’ Day is being observed all over the country. New voter cards were handed over to many.
