Rajganj, 08th November: Police recovered the body of a youth hanging from a noose in the Paschim Dhantala area of Fulbari No. 2 Gram Panchayat in Rajganj block. The incident created a stir in the entire area. The deceased has been identified as Uttam Mukherjee.
According to local sources, Uttam returned home last evening from Siliguri. Not being able to find him for a long time, the family members went inside his room and found his lifeless body hanging from a noose. It has been primarily assumed that Uttam committed suicide due to frequent unrest in the family.
After receiving the news, the NJP police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it for autopsy. The police have started an investigation of the whole incident.
