Naxalbari, 03rd November: A youth was apprehended with six cattle near the Indo-Nepal border. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Islam (24), a resident of the Chotta Maniram Jote area of Naxalbari.
Reportedly, on Wednesday evening, during the border patrol, the soldiers of the 41st Battalion of SSB took Mohammad Islam into custody along with 6 cattle while he was trying to sneak the cattle from Nepal. The alleged accused was later handed over to the Naxalbari police. Today he was produced in the Siliguri Court.
