Siliguri, 28th September: On Thursday, cricketer Richa Ghosh’s birthday is being celebrated in Siliguri. On the special occasion, various programs were held in the city in which wishes poured in for the star Indian cricketer.
As per reports, a program was organized at the Kanchenjunga Stadium in Siliguri, which witnessed the presence of Mayor Goutam Deb and members of Siliguri Mahakuma Krira Parishad. During the event, Richa cut a cake and she was greeted by several organizations. On her birthday, Richa Ghosh also handed over Rs 1 Lakh each to Mahakuma Krira Parishad and Baghajatin Athletic Club.
Earlier in the morning, Mayor Goutam Deb along with Mayor Councils visited Richa’s residence and wished her on her special day. In this regard, Richa’s mother stated that no special arrangement has been made at their residence. She added that fish and chicken are being prepared. Preparations for Richa’s favorite fried rice were canceled due to scorching heat.
