Mirik, 17th March: The voters awareness programme, which commenced on March 15, under the direction of the Election Commission, is still being carried out in Mirik through street plays.
On this occasion, music and film director, Kailash Rai’s street drama “Why to Vote?” was performed to spread awareness among the voters of rural areas under Mirik-Terai.
