West Bengal Court Employees Association joins strike in protest against due payment of dearness allowance

Siliguri, 13th February: The West Bengal Court Employees Association joined the strike demanding payment of outstanding dearness allowance in Siliguri court.

It is alleged that the dearness allowance has been due for a long time. The state government has nothing to do with it. Several programs have been organized demanding payment of the due dearness allowance but to no avail. Due to this, the West Bengal Court Employees Association has once again called for a statewide strike on Monday.

Apart from the entire state, court employees in Siliguri also joined the strike and protest. They demand that the dues be paid at the earliest. The association members further warned to launch a massive agitation if their demands are not met in the coming days. At the same time, many people are facing problems due to the strike of court employees.
