WB Governor inspects Indo-Bangladesh border in Fulbari

Siliguri, 02nd February: West Bengal C.V. Ananda Bose inspected the Indo-Bangladesh border at Fulbari. He arrived at the NJP Railway station this morning from Kolkata. After this, he headed to the State Guest House and later reached the Fulbari border at 10 am. 


The soldiers of the 176th Battalion of BSF received the Governor with the guard of honour. After this Governor Bose took stock of the BSF office and held talks with the officials. He intently inspected the border. 

Addressing the media, the Governor stated that the working environment of the BSF jawans and any difficulties or inconveniences being faced by them were the key concerns of his visit.
