Siliguri, 11th January: Ward Utsav ‘Spandan’ commenced in Siliguri Municipal Corporation’s Ward No. 26, from today. The Ward Utsav was inaugurated by the Deputy Mayor of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation Rambhajan Mahato through a procession.
During the event, Shankar Ghosh, Sharadindu Chakraborty, Ward Councillor Dipayan Roy and many others were present. It has been reported that the Ward Utsav will last until January 19th.
