Union MoS Shantanu Thakur hands over appointment letters through Rojgar Mela in Rajganj

Rajganj, 28th August: Union Minister of State (MoS) Shantanu Thakur handed over appointment letters through the Rojgar Mela program at the Border Security Force (BSF) Radharbari sector headquarters located in Rajganj.


Notably, the eighth phase of the Rojgar Mela was organized by the Central Government at 45 locations across the country. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually handed over appointment letters to 51,000 newly appointed personnel. Apart from this, the PM also addressed the youths of the country.

As per reports, about 281 individuals including women were given employment letters through the Rojgar Mela program at Border Security Force (BSF) Radharbari sector headquarters. On Monday, the Union MoS handed over the letters to 25 among them. The program witnessed the presence of Deepak M Damor, Inspector General of North Bengal Frontier of BSF, and other officers. 


Speaking at the occasion, Union MoS Shantanu Thakur stated that the job affair is being organized throughout the country under the leadership of the PM. He added that the prime objective is to encourage the youths. Furthermore, he stated that the PM aims to encourage the youths to take the country forward towards development.
