Bagdogra, 25th March: Sensation prevailed after the body of an unidentified person was recovered this morning from NH-31, adjacent to the Hansqua tea garden of Bagdogra.
According to the information received, the locals sighted the body lying across NH-31, adjacent to Hansqua tea garden. A water bottle and a bag were also recovered from the spot. Following this, the Bagdogra police were informed.
As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem. Bagdogra police have started an investigation into the incident.
