Rajganj, 16th March: Sensation prevailed after an unidentified body of a person was recovered from the Bhutkirhat area of Rajganj. Reportedly, the man’s body was discovered by the locals in the said area on Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway on Thursday morning. However, the identity of the deceased has not been ascertained till the time of writing the news.
As per the local sources, the said person was wandering in the Bhutkihat area for several days and was physically ill. Later on Thursday morning, his body was recovered and the incident was reported to the Rajganj police. As soon as the news was received, the police reached the spot and recovered the body, and sent it for postmortem. Police are investigating the entire incident.
