Kharibari, 11th February: Meena Poddar (25), and Mona Sahani (28) were arrested with a huge quantity of intoxicating injections in Panitanki. Both are residents of Goursingjote in Kharibari.
It has been learned that the Panitanki outpost and Kharibari police conducted a joint operation and arrested the duo. 300 intoxicating injections worth 15 thousand rupees were recovered from their possession.
A case under the NDPS Act was filed against them and was sent to Siliguri court on Friday.
