Malda, 26th August: Harishchandrapur police arrested two youths with brown sugar. The accused have been identified as Jani Mandal and Ratan Mandal, both are residents of Shitalpur area under Malda police station.
As per the report, the police arrested the duo and seized 40 grams of brown sugar from their possession. The apparently youths came to Harishchandrapur from Malda on a motorbike to sell a packet of brown sugar. The accused were produced in Malda district court today.
