Rajganj, 04th April: A person identified as Mansoor Shaikh was arrested by Rajganj Police, on Thursday night of the very day a steel factory in Rajganj’s Magarsobha area was vandalized. Mansoor’s associate Anand Roy, who was also involved in the incident and had been absconding, was arrested on Sunday.
On the other hand, the police arrested Rasraj Sarkar (40), a resident of Sakirajote village of Rajganj police station, from Kalinagar for possession of illegal firearm. He was produced in the Jalpaiguri court today.
