Siliguri, 10th January: A toto rally was organised to support Trinamool Congress’ Ward No. 43 candidate Sukhdev Mahato.
According to the sources, more than ten totos took part in the said rally. Keeping the covid protocols in mind, the totos were kept empty with the party flag tied around during the entire rally.
