Rajganj, 30th October: Three people sustained injuries in a truck-toto collision in Jiaganj, adjacent to Fulbari. According to local sources, a toto (e-rickshaw) had stopped in the area to pick up the passengers. Suddenly, a truck, heading from Jalpaiguri, rammed into the toto and however, managed to flee away.
While the toto was badly damaged, three people including the toto driver were injured in the incident. After the incident, the injured were retrieved and taken to a private hospital in Fulbari. On the other hand, the NJP police reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported and took the toto in their possession. Police are probing the entire incident.
