Siliguri, 03rd November: Acting on an intel, the team of Special Operations Group (SOG) with the help of Bagdogra Police apprehended three persons from Hansqua Bazar under Bagdogra Police station.
The arrested accused have been identified as Md Wasim Sk of Naya Basty Malda, Md Tamij of Biswas Colony Matigara, and Md Ismail of Biswas Colony Matigara. One zipper plastic packet containing 263 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered from their joint possession.
A specific case under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act has been registered at Bagdogra Police station.
