Siliguri, 23rd April: Amidst preparation of the second phase of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on April 26, state opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari conducted a roadshow in support of BJP candidate Raju Bista for the Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency in Siliguri.
According to reports, the roadshow commenced from the Hashmi Chowk (Venus More) in Siliguri and headed towards the Hanuman Temple located in Mallaguri to offer their prayers on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti.
During this, Bista was accompanied by Suvendu Adhikari, BJP candidate of Cooch Behar and MoS Nisith Pramanik, Siliguri MLA Shankar Ghosh and other prominent leaders of the party. In addition, several workers and supporters were seen joining the procession.
