Falakata, 07th February: On Friday around 2.30 pm, a stone laden dumper met with an accident while trying to save a mentally ill pedestrian on the Asian Highway near the Falakata Polytechnic College.
The dumper driver and the conductor were injured in the accident. The 2 injured were then admitted to the Falakata Super Specialty Hospital. Meanwhile, upon receiving the news, the police reached the spot and have launched an investigation into the incident.
