Siliguri, 22nd April: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, SMC Opposition leader Ranjan Sarkar, on Wednesday, handed over more than 100 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits to the Superintendent of North Bengal Medical College-Hospital Kaushik Samajdar.
Apart from the hospital Super, Principal Prabir Kumar Deb, Hospital Dean and various other staff were present during the programme.
Sarkar stated that along with PPE kits, sanitizers and hand gloves were also provided to the hospital. He further maintained that more such initiatives will be taken in the future.
