Siliguri, 17th December: A programme is organized every year by the police department to select the best police station in the state. This time, a total of 6 police stations from the state have been included in the list which includes the Pradhan Nagar police station of Siliguri metropolitan police.
Today, a team of 5 senior police officials arrived at Pradhan Nagar police station for inspection. During this, ADG Training Debashish Rai, IG AP Ashok Prasad, DIG Neelu Sherpa Chakraborty, IPS Amit Singh as well as Siliguri Police Commissioner Gaurav Sharma were present. They took information from the officers of Pradhan Nagar Police Station on various topics including Lion Order, Police and Public Relations, and crime rates.
