Siliguri, 01st May: On Wednesday, the Siliguri Youth Club has inaugurated a Carrom Academy in Siliguri in the presence of Siliguri Table Tennis Coach Amit Dam, Athletic Coach Vivekananda Ghosh, and Youth Club Secretary Subrata Sen.
According to reports, the club members highlighted that many children face challenges in participating in physical activities due to academic pressure. This lack of outdoor play can lead to mental and physical health issues among children. The initiative was undertaken to address the issue. Significantly, the academy will operate from Monday to Friday.
