Siliguri, 28th February: The last monthly session of Siliguri Municipal Corporation was held today. It is to recall that the left front board came to power with a strong majority in the year 2015.
The various monthly sessions of SMC used to end up with debates at different times. The last session, however, ended with a cordial exchange. No political pressure and arguments were held in today’s session.
After the conclusion of the two-hour meeting, a memorial was handed over to all the members on behalf of SMC. Later, all the Councillors gathered together and ended the day with a group photo session.
