Siliguri, 27th January: Siliguri MLA Shankar Ghosh has provided a vehicle to Red Cross Society from the MLA fund to carry the dead body. Expressing disappointment with the work of the local administration, the MLA, after providing the hearse vehicle to carry the dead body to the Red Cross Society, said that even after almost two years of being in the post of MLA, he has not been able to work properly for the common people due to administrative apathy.
Stating this he further added that he especially wants the cooperation of the Municipal Corporation and SJDA. He talked of his desire to work more for society with their cooperation. He said that in future he wants to do developmental work for differently-abled and ordinary children and wants to work for the citizens.
