Siliguri, 02nd October: The undercover police of Siliguri Metropolitan Police Station arrested two notorious drug peddlers identified as Rana Thakur and Kamal Thakur. 196 pieces of Yaba tablets were recovered from the duo’s possession.
According to the information, the police nabbed the duo from Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus. Both Rana Thakur and Kamal Thakur are infamous criminals and have been in and out of the correctional home many times. Apparently, they resume their illegal drug business as soon as they are released from the correctional home. However, this time, both the accused are being intensively interrogated on the recent drugs related incidents in the city.
