Siliguri, 13th January: Kashmir’s Dal Lake’s Shikara Ride is all set to be welcomed in Gajaldoba within a few days. Shikara will also run along with other boats in the Teesta river near Bhorer Alo. Rajganj Panchayat Samiti will look after its operations.
Meanwhile, Shikara is all ready to run on the water. The first two Shikaras are being commissioned. Also, comfortable chairs have been arranged for the boat ride. Six tourists can sit in a Shikara and passengers will have to pay Rs 100, 200, and 300 according to the kilometer they choose. With the commencement of the Shikara ride, it will likely attract tourists in the coming days.
