Siliguri, 31st July: Shankar Ghosh, member of the administrative board at Siliguri Municipal Corporation, has tested positive for COVID-19.
It has been learned that Ghosh had been suffering from fever for the past several days and was at home quarantine. His swab test report came back positive today.
