Siliguri, 07th June: Sensation prevailed after a group of people were accused of committing lewd acts in a hotel in Siliguri. 8 have been arrested out of which, three are women and five are men. Among the accused, 4 are residents of Bihar. The hotel manager was also arrested in the incident.
Based on a tip-off, the Panitanki outpost police launched operations and busted the racket on Saturday night. The arrested accused individuals have been identified as Chandra Kishore (28), Karam Kumar (25), Rajesh Kumar (45), Pankaj Kumar (30), Prashanta Sarkar (25). The other three women used to stay in a rented house in the Siliguri Bhaktinagar area.
All the arrested accused individuals were produced before the Siliguri court on Sunday.
