Rajganj, 20th April: Stepping up its campaign ahead of the Assembly elections, the Trinamool Congress organised a massive public rally in Rajganj in support of its candidate Swapna Barman.
The rally was held at Belakoba Public Club ground, where party leader Saayoni Ghosh was present. Addressing the gathering, she highlighted the developmental work carried out by the state government and urged people to support the Trinamool Congress in the upcoming elections. She also launched a sharp attack on the BJP during her speech.
Among others present at the rally were Jalpaiguri District Trinamool Congress chairman Khageswar Roy, Tapan Dey, Rajganj block TMYC president Niladri Bose, along with local leaders and a large number of party workers and supporters.
