Siliguri, 04th March: One person was injured in a road accident in the area under NJP police station.
According to local sources, a small four-wheeler was traveling from Siliguri to Jalpaiguri, during which it lost control near the Tinbatti gas godown area and rammed into a road divider, severely injuring the driver.
Meanwhile, the NJP police and Jalpaimore traffic guard rushed to the spot after receiving the news of the incident. Police recovered the vehicle and have started an investigation into the whole incident.
