Mathabhanga, 20th January: A cyclist lost his life in a road accident that occurred at the Mainatali More in Mathabhanga.
According to local sources, the man was crossing the police barricade at the said area around 4 pm this afternoon. He died on the spot after being crushed under the wheels of a speeding truck.
Upon receiving the news, a fire engine and OC of Mathabhanga police station reached the spot shortly after and have started an investigation into the incident.
