Kalchini, 16th October: A person lost his life in a road accident on Friday night. The incident surfaced from the Kalchini Gore Line area of Alipurduar district. The identity of the deceased has not yet been known.
Reportedly, the person was severely injured after falling from his motorcycle in the Kalchini Goreline area. He was rescued and rushed to Latabari Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
The body will be sent to Alipurduar District Hospital today for autopsy. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
