Madarihat, 12th March: Recovery of two leopard carcasses from Section No. 38 of Makrapara Tea Garden under Madarihat-Birpara of Dooars has put forest department officials on alert.
The incident was reported to the forest department after the tea garden laborers saw the carcasses lying in the tea estates. Forest workers rushed to the spot and recovered the dead leopards.
