Siliguri, 25th January: Sensation prevailed in the area after a cement-laden truck went rampant and broke inside the railway quarter wall in NJP.
Reportedly, a truck loaded with cement heading from NJP toward Siliguri on Wednesday afternoon lost control and entered inside by breaking the wall of the railway quarter in the DS Colony area. However, the driver of the truck fled after the incident.
On the other hand, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the NJP police reached the spot and took the truck into their custody, and started investigating the incident.
