Rajganj, 16th January: On Tuesday, the Rajganj Panchayat Samiti distributed 12 wheelchairs among the differently abled people from various areas of Rajganj block. Rajganj Panchayat Samiti President Rupali Dey Sarkar and Rajganj BDO Prashant Barman handed over the wheelchairs.
During this, Rajganj Panchayat Samiti President Rupali Dey Sarkar stated that the wheelchairs were handed over to 12 specially-abled individuals from Dabgram, Sannyasikata under the Rajganj block. She added that the wheelchairs were handed over based on the applications received. Further, she stated that more wheelchairs will be distributed in the future.
