Rajganj, 29th February: In a recent development, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy laid the foundation stone for 10 roads and a reservoir. On Thursday, the foundation stone was laid marking the construction of a new reservoir near the PHE office located in the Rajganj.
Significantly, the reservoir will be constructed at a budget of Rs 2 crore 7 lakhs. Additionally, the MLA also laid the foundation stone of ten roads in various places of Sukhani, Panikauri, Binnaguri, and Mantadari Gram Panchayat of Rajganj Assembly. Subsequently, he laid the foundation stone of door-to-door pipeline work from the water reserve of Shikarpur Gram Panchayat area to various areas of Belakoba.
During this, Rajganj Panchayat Samiti President Rupali Dey Sarkar, Zilla Parishad members Ranbir Majumdar, Uttara Barman, Arindam Banerjee and others were present.
