Raiganj, 01st October: BJP MLA Krishna Kalyani from Raiganj in Uttar Dinajpur left the party after expressing disagreements with MP Debashree Chowdhury. He accused MP Debashree Chowdhury of conspiring against him.
It is to be noted that a few days ago, the state leaders of the party issued a show-cause letter to MLA Krishna Kalyani for his anti-party activities.
Krishna Kalyani announced his resignation at a press conference on Friday. Alleging Debashree of conspiring against him, the MLA compared Debashree with Mir Jafar and said, “I will not accept when Mir Jafar will stab me from behind.”
