Siliguri, 03rd September: Various programs are being organized under the aegis of Baikuntapur Assistant Training Center of BSF in the nearby schools of the city on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. In regard to this, a program was organized at Ektiasal Teleswari Adhikary High School in Siliguri today. Under this, a short film made on BSF was shown to the school students.
Reportedly, in the said short film, the glorious history, achievements, and works done by the soldiers have been portrayed. The purpose of which is to showcase the film to the children is to make them aware of BSF, and how to get through in the force. Along with this, a message was also given to the children about the ill effects of drugs and made them aware of the repercussions of their usage, and advised them to stay away from it.
On this occasion, Commandant of Baikuntapur Assistant Training Center Raman Kumar Srivastava, Deputy Commandant Raj Singh, Inspector Ravindra Singh, Inspector Sandeep Kumar Sharma and officers and jawans of Border Security Force were present.
