Siliguri, 04th December: Today with the help of Bhakti Nagar police station, the cops of Bagdogra police station recovered drugs hidden by the criminal.
The Special Operation Group (SOG) recently arrested Bihar’s mastermind drug smuggler Tulsi Basak and handed him over to the Bagdogra police station. During this, the police could not recover any narcotics from the accused. After this Bagdogra police station produced Tulsi Basak in court and took him on remand for 5 days. After intense interrogation of the accused, he confessed to hiding the drugs in an old vacant building located at Don Bosco More under Bhakti Nagar police station.
After this, the Bagdogra police station, with the help of Bhakti Nagar police station, along with accused Tulsi Basak reached the said old vacant building. After which the drug was retrieved said narcotics. The police recovered 290 grams of brown sugar from the indicted. The accused will be produced once again in the Siliguri court tomorrow.
