Bidhan Nagar, 17th February: Police Officer and the founder of Bidhannagar Welfare, Bapan Das, presented tricycles and wheelchairs to 4 people with disabilities.
Das handed over the aid to Bahamani Soren, a resident of Alipurduar, Afsar Ali, a fourth-grade student of the Islampur Ramganj Baharanagach Primary School, Biswajit Roy of Jalpaiguri Bhaktinagar Police Station and Arun Sarkar, a resident of Sahabad Tea Garden. Bapan Das stated that such initiatives will be taken in the future.
