Siliguri 10th April: A lorry laden with plywood met with an accident in Fulbari’s Amaidighi area along the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway, this morning. Reportedly, the truck lost control and overturned on the roadside. Luckily, no casualties were reported in the incident.
The driver and locals stated that road accidents often take place in the area as the road is narrow. The NJP Police and Fulbari Highway Traffic Police reached the scene after being notified and started an investigation into the matter.
