Phansidewa BJP candidate Durga Murmu offers prayers at temple a day ahead of vote counting

Phansidewa, 03rd May: Phansidewa Assembly constituency BJP candidate Durga Murmu offered prayers at a temple a day ahead of the vote counting. On Sunday morning, he performed puja at the Kali Temple in Jagannathpur, located within the Bidhannagar area of Phansidewa.

After offering prayers, Murmu said that a transformation is underway in West Bengal. He alleged that those who had been supported by the people for the past 15 years have made the state unsafe, with women living in fear.

He expressed confidence that a “saffron wave” would sweep across the region this time. According to him, the change would not be limited to the Phansidewa constituency but would extend across the entire state.

Taking a dig at the Trinamool Congress, Murmu said that the way strongrooms are being guarded reflects a sense of panic among the ruling party.
