Gorubathan, 29th July: The alleged murderer of Kalimpong’s Bibhu Mizar was arrested by the Gorubathan Police today. The accused has been identified as Arun Dukpa, a resident of Lava Bazaar. According to the sources, the accused has confessed to his crime.
It is to be noted, 32-year-old Bibhu Mizar, a taxi driver, went missing on Monday night. His dead body was recovered from the jungle below the Lava Primary school the following morning.
